Senior Process Engineer - Hydrogen / Plant Engineering (m/f/d)

Professional management of work packages for all project phases Development of technical concepts in close interdisciplinary coordination with the relevant specialist departments Participation in the preparation of tender documents and expert evaluation in the context of tender procedures and cost calculations (Bid/No-Bid-Decision, Performance Description and Cost Calculation in the Sales Phase) Preparation and implementation of workshops and gate reviews internally and externally with suppliers to achieve the corresponding project objectives Conception and technical coordination of the process engineering commissioning of complex entire plants, in cooperation with the commissioning management Knowledge and application of relevant standards and regulations (e.g. BlmSchG, BetrSichV, DGRL, TBRS/TRGS, ISO/DIN, VDI, ATEX) Technical assessment of immission protection issues, operational implementation of measures to comply with operator obligations and regulatory provisions Experience gained in the preparation and evaluation of procedural documents (e.g. PFD, BFD, P&ID) Safe handling of common CAD/CAE tools Development of process documentation and quality assurance for approval planning, certification and project documentation (as built) Efficient communication and coordination with all relevant stakeholders Active participation in the risk analysis of projects in all planning phases and knowledge transfer from projects (Lessons Learned) Participation in HAZOPs and other safety reviews Participation in external and internal project review meetings

Complete studies in process engineering or mechanical engineering Multiannual professional experience in the planning and processing of complex technical installations, ideally in the field of green hydrogen or in the energy/process industry Continuing training as an Immission Protection Officer/Störfall Officer or well-founded experience in implementing immission protection regulations in the energy/process industry Excellent communication and organization skills High level of team capacity and structured working Business activities based on budgets and productivity requirements Routinized handling of MS Office programs Flexibility and loadability Responsibility Very good foreign language knowledge English
