Lawyer Restructuring & Insolvency Law (m/f/d)

You advise companies, creditors and investors in all phases of restructuring and insolvency proceedings – extrajudicial and judicial. You accompany self-government and protective shielding procedures and work closely with management, CROs and property managers. You contribute to the structuring, negotiation and implementation of renovation solutions, in particular in the case of insolvency plans, restructuring agreements and continuation concepts. You support national and international distressed M&A transactions and investor processes in crisis situations. You deal with complex insolvency issues, in particular on organ liability, insolvency counterfeiting as well as the enforcement and defence of claims. You work at the interface to business issues, e.g. in the context of refurbishment concepts (IDW S6), liquidity planning and financing structures. You take early responsibility in subprojects and are in direct contact with clients, creditor committees, banks and investors.

You have at least three years of professional experience in a law firm or comparable position; ideally related to restructuring, insolvency or transactions. You have a strong interest in economic relations and provide a good understanding of economic issues. You work structured, analytical and solution-oriented and keep an overview even in dynamic situations. You will certainly meet clients, managing directors and investors and communicate clearly and precisely. You like to work in the team, take responsibility and enjoy solving complex issues pragmatically. You have good knowledge of English for work in international contexts.
