In the field of large-scale projects, we assume responsibility for holistic revitalizations and the refurbishment of complex planning and construction projects. For this exciting area we are looking for a team management project management building (all genders) for our branch based in Frankfurt.

DISCLOSURE

You conduct a multi-headed team of qualified construction and project managers in a disciplined and professional manner and develop the team professionally. You take over the overriding control and responsibility for the quality, dates and costs of construction projects in the field of refurbishment and revitalization You lead overarching projects in in interdisciplinary teams consisting of internal and external stakeholders. You plan capacity, secure and optimise project assignments and regularly report on the state of the ongoing projects. You support the project managers in day-to-day business and in carrying out construction projects in the area of Refurbishment and Revitalization You independently coordinate and control contact with builders and entrepreneurs.

You have a successfully completed degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture or a comparable qualification Ideally you bring first experience in disciplinary staff management You have professional experience in project management of turnkey construction projects You have comprehensive professional practice in all stages of performance You are strong in communication, promote a trusted cooperation and convince with a motivating leadership style as well as entrepreneurial thinking You work structured and independent.
