HR Specialist Payroll / Personalsachbearbeiter

Your tasks:

This is your job in the future

• Maintenance of personal files and master data in the HR system
• Implementation of wage and salary billing incl. Certification and reporting
• Creation and processing of personal documents (e.g. employment contracts)
• Examination and settlement of travel costs
• Maintenance of the time management system and management of times (including BEM)
• Service car billing (1 % control, travel book)
• Support for monthly and annual accounts and handover to financial accounting
• Application for funding in the personnel sector
• Representation of financial accounting and secretariat outside billing times

Your qualifications:

How to convince us

• Complete commercial training with professional experience in personal accounting
• Secure knowledge in pay tax and social security law
• Basic knowledge of labour law to support personal processes
• Good MS Office skills, especially in Excel
• Personally, you convince by flexibility, team skills, resilience and self-initiative
