1. Plant mechanics worker (m/f/d)

You coordinate the operating procedures and personnel on the test benches in multi-layer pipe production. You participate in the day-to-day business, provide technical guidance and support for the implementation of priorities. You run daily shopfloor rounds, report disturbances and monitor the time-right and number-based processing. You work in new employees, motivate the team and ensure compliance with processes, operating instructions and quality standards. The preparation and execution of audits for customer charges and the maintenance of manufacturing data in computer systems are your responsibility. You work closely with internal departments and external examiners, align with interfaces and support improvement projects. You actively take responsibility in day-to-day business and are proactive in problems.

You have a successfully completed training as a plant or industrial mechanic and at least 10 years of professional experience. You have many years of experience in the production and testing of pipelines and complex components. We require knowledge of the coordination of small teams or in a foreman role. A team-oriented, safe occurrence as well as a sense of responsibility and a structured way of working are of course for you. You are characterized by your own initiative and solution-oriented thinking. Communication capability at team and interface level, loadability and flexibility complete your profile.
