IT-Supporter (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

Your responsibilities

• Recording, analysis and editing of Incidents in a ticket system
• Technical and application-related 2nd and 3rd level support of users and system supervisors by phone, remote or on site
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of various end and peripheral equipment
• Identification and troubleshooting in complex relationships between operating system, application and other adjacent topics
• Mobile Device Management Support
• Working with various IT projects

Your qualifications:

That's what you bring

• Complete training or studies in the IT environment
• Multiannual professional experience in 2nd and 3rd level support
• Deep knowledge about current MS Office applications
• Secure handling of Windows environments in the client and server area
• Experiences in ITIL environments and in handling ticket systems
• Flowing German knowledge (min. C1), very good English knowledge of advantage
