Technical Trainer for Service Technicians - Water Dispenser (m/f/d)

A varied and technically demanding environment awaits you in which you can share your knowledge and actively contribute to the further development of our service quality. In this role, you convey practical technical know-how to our water dispensers, ensure the quality of the services and ensure that our partners and employees are always up-to-date.

You provide technical basic and expert knowledge to our service technicians:inside and make sure that maintenance, repairs and commissioning can be carried out professionally at our line-bound water dispensers You train and accompany authorized sales and service partners and share your knowledge with internal interfaces Refreshment training on technical changes, hygiene regulations and innovations are planned and implemented by you You design and start training documents together with the training team and keep them up to date The implementation of quality checks and audits of the services in the field, as well as the introduction of appropriate measures to ensure service quality are your responsibility For questions and problems from the field, you will provide technical support You ensure the functionality, order and completeness of the training equipment and spaces

You have a successfully completed technical training (e.g. in the field of electrical, refrigeration, hygiene or sanitary) and, at best, already deep expertise in connection with water dispensers You have fun and ideally experience in communicating technical knowledge The experience of the service idea and a very good technical understanding characterize you You are characterful and master critical situations sovereign Reliability, resilience and organizational ability complete your profile A readiness for occasional travel within Germany and Austria is available You can communicate in English and also use English training documents
