Administration, planning and installation of Windows and Linux-based server and storage systems – both physically and virtually Operation, monitoring and further development of central server infrastructure and IT services (including Active Directory, Single Sign-On, Identity Management) Providing and supporting virtualized work environments and applications Integration of new specialist applications into existing IT systems Cooperation and management of IT projects, selection and introduction of new technologies and definition of technical frameworks Support for request analyses, market observations, offer assessments and compilation of comparative calculations within the framework of IT procurement Examination of licence models and conditions

Completion of computer science/industrial informatics or comparable qualifications Finded knowledge about Windows servers as well as optional Linux or Experience in the automation of system updates (e.g. by scripting or configuration management) Safe handling of system soft goods and related services and deep expertise in network engineering (TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls) and IT security lines Knowledge of the operation and integration of IT systems in complex, heterogeneous infrastructures Basics in the procurement of hardware and software as well as market identifiers including license testing Identity & Access Management (IAM), roll-based access control (RBAC), single sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA) Ability to create technical documentation, comparative analyses and procurement documents Analytical thinking skills, structured working methods and pronounced communication skills Class B driving licence
