Group Leader Control and Scheduling (m/f/d)

As a group manager (m/w/d) control / disposition, you are responsible for the management of the group control / disposition within the division operation of SWKiel Netz GmbH. You ensure that resources are used optimally, our investment and maintenance measures run smoothly and that cooperation with internal and external partners delivers real quality. For this purpose, you work at the interface between strategy, project management, technology and external partner companies. You form structures, processes and systems that ensure performance for the implementation of our network projects and actively promote changes. Your tasks in detail: Leadership and organisation: leadership and development of the team and ensuring clear work instructions and documentation. Process and resource management: control of the implementation of all measures and optimisation of processes in line with the deadline and budget. Multi-project management: Ensuring efficient disposition and multi-project control taking into account budget, capacities and dates. Partner and award management: Development and implementation of procurement strategies in cooperation with strategic purchasing. Cooperation with partner companies: Ensuring the availability of qualified partner companies. Quality assurance: structuring and quality control of investment and maintenance measures. Project management: Takeover of special projects in the field of process and organizational development.

Complete study of industrial engineering, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering. Multiannual experience in disposition, project management or process management desirable as well as ideally first experience in managing teams. Knowledge of multi-project management and the optimization of processes. Enthusiasm for innovation, change and strategic thinking. Embossed analytical skills, communication strength and a structured way of working. Good knowledge of common office applications and ideally experience with SAP PM, SAP MM, Smallworld (ProNIS) and MS Dynamics. Ideally, knowledge of the order of assignment and settlement according to HOAI, the right to award according to VOB as well as tendering, awarding and billing.
