For our contract logistics location in Hamburg-Hausbruch we are looking for you as:

• Monitoring and control of daily operations.
• Book and control material movements and order processing in SAP/WMS.
• Advertising management including written and telephone customer communication.
• Coordination with internal operational areas for deviations and disturbances.
• perform general administrative activities.
• Support of adjacent departments as required.
• Ensuring compliance with internal procedures, operating and working instructions.

What we want from you:

• Completed vocational training (probably in warehouse logistics or a comparable area), e.g. to the merchant / the merchant for forwarding and logistics service (m/w/d).
• First professional experience in the warehouse industry is desirable.
• German language skills and good English skills (written and oral)
• Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook, ideally first experience with warehouse management systems.
• Knowledge in SAP is an advantage.
