You analyze user behavior and KPIs, develop value-generating business cases and work closely with our product owners and cross-functional teams. You always have a look at trends, technologies and new potentials and introduce innovative ideas to continuously improve the shopping experience of our customers. Analysis of KPIs and user behaviour to derive concrete measures for performance optimization Development and prioritization of business cases and projects with a clear focus on value creation Sparringspartner:in for our Product Owner from Web & App Close cooperation with cross-functional teams from IT, marketing, CRM, logistics and purchasing Support in request management and project management Monitoring trends, technologies and platforms for identifying new digital potentials Drivers:in for a user-centred, innovative development of our e-commerce channels Direct reporting line to Head of E-Commerce & CRM

Multiannual experience in e-commerce – ideal for fashion, streetwear or lifestyle segments Deep understanding of digital business models and relevant KPIs Funded knowledge in project management and work with agile teams Experience with e-commerce systems and requirement management Flowing German & English Knowledge (C1-C2) Embossed hands-on mentality, strategic thinking and high self-initiative Data-driven thinking combined with creative ideas and innovation spirit Passion for sneakers, streetwear and digital trends
