Project Controller / Construction Controller Building Construction & Real Estate Projects (m/f/d)

In this position you play a central role in the commercial project controlling of our construction projects. Your tasks include: Examination, analysis and comparison of construction applications (e.g. works contracts, supplements, subcontractors contracts) Control and assessment of unit prices and plausibility checks of performance directories Auditing of contractors and construction companies in terms of quantities, prices and contractual compliance Cost control and cost tracking of ongoing construction projects Target/actual comparisons, deviation analyses and displaying savings potentials Support of project and construction management in commercial issues Participation in audits and negotiations Creation of reports, evaluations and decision templates for management Further development and optimization of controlling and accounting processes

Complete study of the business economy, civil engineering or comparable commercial training with corresponding training Professional experience in controlling, ideally in construction / construction Secure handling of MS Excel as well as common controlling or accounting software Analytical, Structured and Independent Operation Enforcement, number affinity and communication strength Knowledge of German in Word and Scripture at least. C2
