Specialized initial care of seriously ill and polytraumatized patients Coordination and organisation of the workflows of the patient-related care process Interdisciplinary and interprofessional cooperation with all departments involved in the treatment Creation of cross-departmental and evidence-based action recommendations Active design of your own role within the clinic for acute and emergency medicine and further development of the APN role at the Klinikum Esslingen Participation in internal training and scientific networking
