As an IT Solution Architect (w/m/d) you develop and maintain the strategy for AI architecture and integrate it into existing IT and business processes. They design and implement a scalable AI infrastructure in hybrid cloud and on-premise environments. They ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g. GDPR, ISO 27001) through targeted architectural decisions. In your role, evaluate and select suitable AI technologies and frameworks, such as the Azure AI API. You work with interdisciplinary teams to develop technical concepts and decision-making frameworks. The documentation of architectural decisions and the development of technical guidelines for implementing AI solutions is also part of your task.

Successfully completed studies of (economic) informatics or a comparable study programme Multiannual experience in the design and implementation of AI architectures as well as sound knowledge in MLOps and CI/CD Deep understanding of cloud technologies (Azure) and hybrid infrastructures Practical experience in the acquisition of AI frameworks and model optimization as well as knowledge in data protection, compliance and IT security related to AI applications Ability to communicate complex technological relationships clearly and to support strategic decisions German and English in word and writing for an open approach to international colleagues
