Technician/ Technician - Grinding & Etching (m/f/d)

Carrying out troubleshooting & repairs (advanced plant knowledge), sometimes using PPE for personal protection Carrying out maintenance Coordination and acceptance of comprehensive service work (so in cooperation with external companies) Compliance with all relevant regulations (e.g. DGUV, etc) Improvement of system technology / performance and processes Detection of failure focal points & execution of process optimization Exchange of information with other users Determining critical spare parts & ensuring the supply of spare parts Training of operational production employees with identical service Fault and service documentation Handling internal production projects and contact person for system installations and relocations in collaboration with other departments such as other support groups Maintenance of BMAG production facilities (metallization, grinding and etching) execution of troubleshooting & repairs (expanded plant knowledge), partly using PSA for self-protection Preventive maintenance Coordination and acceptance of cross-border services (including in cooperation with external companies) Compliance with all relevant regulations (e.g. DGUV, etc.) Improvement of plant technology / performance and processes Tracking down key areas & execution of process optimizations Exchange of information with other users / maintenance Determination of critical spare parts & Ensuring spare parts supply Training of operational production staff with regard to standardised service work Errors and service documentation Processing internal projects and contact persons for plant installations and relocations in cooperation with other departments such as other support groups

What you want State-certified technician specializing in engineering electrical or similar (electrical specialist mandatory) Relevant professional experience in a technical environment (maintenance/production) Willingness to work in 2 shifts (no night shift) Ideally experience in the field of semiconductor production or special machine construction Independent and quality-conscious way of working Planning and organizational skills as well as communication skills Fluent German and good English skills Analytical thinking and ability to work in a team GERMAN VERSION Your profile State-certified technicians in the field of electrical engineering and the like (forced electric power) Relevant professional experience in the technical environment (maintenance/production) Ready for shift work in 2-shift (no night shift) Ideally experience in semiconductor production or special machine construction Independent and quality-conscious operation Planning and organizational talent and communication skills Flowing German knowledge and good English skills Analytical thinking and team skills
