We offer you the position at Frankfurt am Main in the field of electricity networks:

Responsibility and management of the field of transmission technology: You are responsible for the safe and legally compliant operation of all technical systems and network infrastructures in the field of transmission technology. These include the high-availability LWL infrastructure, active network and transmission components, server and system platforms, management and monitoring solutions as well as all associated security-relevant facilities such as firewalls and other OT security systems. You shall ensure that all regulatory, operational and safety requirements are met and continuously developed.

leadership, development and skills of the team: You lead around 10 employees, develop them in a targeted way and make your team fit for future technological and organizational challenges. These include qualifications, training and ensuring high professional quality.

Design, coordination and prioritization of tasks: You design the strategic and operational orientation of the subject area, prioritize tasks and continuously coordinate with other organizational units and customers. This ensures efficient and transparent cooperation.

Planning, implementation and control of technical measures: You are responsible for the planning according to HOAI, as well as the implementation of new, expansion and inventory renewal measures from smaller projects to complex major projects. This includes classic transmission technology, LWL network structures and modern OT systems, including commissioning, acceptance, documentation and warranty monitoring.

Ensuring operation, operator responsibility and information security: You guarantee trouble-free operation and maintenance of the systems, take over operator responsibility and ensure compliance with all relevant information and OT security requirements.

Strategic development, standardization and process optimization: Together with your team, you develop new technical standards and optimized project management methods for the future challenges of the energy transition. In addition, you are responsible for process optimization, budget and time monitoring, as well as the analysis and control of action portfolios.

Technical or information technology FH‐/BA degree or comparable qualification with knowledge in LWL technology and OT‐Security

Professional experience in the planning, construction and project management of power grid projects

leadership experience in professional and ideally also in the disciplinary leadership of employees
