Your working day as a production worker (m/w/d)

The working day usually starts with a short vote in the team. Here, it is discussed which orders are to be made and what is to be considered particularly during the course of the layer. As a production assistant (m/w/d), you work at fixed stations within the production and perform clearly defined tasks.

Cooperation with your colleagues plays an important role in this. If more support is needed in one place, help you flexibly. Thus, the production process remains stable and all keep an overview of the current orders.

Even though many activities return regularly, attention remains important. Small deviations in quality or in the process must be detected early. That is why care and a watchful look are crucial.
