Completed technical training or Further training for technicians / master Multiannual, relevant professional experience in the field of technical-logistic support Safe handling of MS Office (especially MS PowerPoint and MS Excel) Basic understanding of military structures (e.g. through experience, training or activities in the field of military engineering) Knowledge of ERP systems desirable Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Experience in defining and controlling processes and the ability to integrate all relevant stakeholders Willingness to acquire new topics independently Target and solution-oriented thinking as well as good analytical and conceptual skills Ability to capture and display processes and optimization potentials Cost-conscious action and optimization of effort-result ratio Excellent quality awareness, contact strength and good knowledge about the organization of the customer Willingness to carry out business trips Experience with contracting authorities in the field of security and defence Embossed service orientation as well as safe occurrence in handling internal and external contacts, coupled with a strong hands-on mentality Solid understanding of governmental and military procurement processes Ability to analyze deviations and to take appropriate measures High level of resilience and intrinsic motivation to penetrate complex facts and systems Good written and oral expressiveness, communication strength and joy in team collaboration
