Developing individual goals within the framework of services for participation in working life with our insured persons Monitoring, control and monitoring of ongoing cases including Documentation and time-limit control Monitoring the success of integration (success control) to assess the effectiveness and achievement of participation Interdisciplinary activities (e.g. independent control of the allocated sub-budget, acquisition and coordination of services for participation in working life, participation in concept development and quality assurance, coordination with educational institutions, other social services providers and network partners) Analysis and control of individual support requirements of insured persons as part of a case management Technical advice of our insured persons

Completed degree Bachelor of Laws “Management Social Security / Priority Pension Insurance” or completed training in combination with a completed ascent examination in the senior service of pension insurance or another social security institution. Alternatively: completed studies in the field of social work or health management / Public Health with relevant professional experience in the field of participation (e.g. in the field of professional promotion or employment placement) Multiannual professional experience in an activity according to your training You are open to new challenges, are characterised by a good understanding, a high level of responsibility and decision-making, and a structured and solution-oriented way of working. You communicate safely with different target groups and have a good sense of concern and needs. The willingness to participate in the qualification as a case manager (m/w/d).
