You are responsible for detecting the actual state of existing IT systems, licenses and applications. Care and creation of IT documents, e.g. the instructions for users, also belongs to your area of responsibility. You also know how to build and expand an internal knowledge database. In addition, you support colleagues in the care and development of IT services activities (e.g. ticket systems) as well as in the setup, maintenance and output of workstation computers, laptops and peripheral devices. You support us in various IT projects. Finally, you work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth running of IT processes and projects.

You are a registered student of computer science, business informatics or a comparable degree programme. First basic knowledge in IT service management and an interest in IT project management are desirable. You also have a safe handling of MS Office, as well as ideally first experiences with tools such as JIRA or ITIL processes. We require good knowledge of German in word and writing as well as an analytical thinking and a structured way of working.
