Production employee in chemistry in alternating shifts

Preparation of dispersion parts according to PLS (process control system) recipe specification and production plan at all existing production lines Compliance and documentation of checklists, control lists and sheets Notification of non-compliant (non-standardized) states in process security to the interlayer master or layer coordinator Knowledge and compliance with safety regulations, operational instructions, procedural instructions and work instructions at Worms site Participation in training within the shift and compulsory training of the site Sieving of dispersions with and without automatic level control Execution of flushing and cleaning work during operation-related disassembly work Coupling of small containers (IBC) to the metering systems emptying small containers Responsible for cleanliness and order, implementation of hygiene walks Rolling insert within production The activities require partial carrying and lifting of loads up to 25 kg and climbing of stairs, ASG-2 navigability and working on a screen workstation
