Digital Transformation Solution Architect (m/f/d)

Our location in Memmingen (Allgäu) is responsible for equipping electronic assemblies, microwave technology, final production, final testing and delivery of most Rohde & Schwarz products. But customers outside the Rohde & Schwarz-Firmengruppe can also rely on the great know-how of the site. Strengthen our team at the next possible time. • Translation of business requirements into scalable IT solutions for complex production processes taking into account corporate goals, architectural specifications and technological and regulatory requirements • Analysis of IST architectures, definition of target architectures, identification of fields of action and creation of migration and transformation roadmaps for existing and new solutions in the production environment • Accompanying the transformation of existing applications as an IT project manager into a standardised, multi-site system while maintaining time, budget and quality requirements and professional management of the project team • Implementation of requirements and market analyses • Close cooperation with the architects team in the company network for the purpose of cross-company IT standardization • Advising stakeholders from keyuser to management with regard to digitalization & automation of processes

• Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science, business informatics or similar qualifications • Found experience in architecture and software engineering • Knowledge of cloud technologies, infrastructure and IT solutions • Experiences in the classic and agile project management of IT projects and in request management • Experiences and know-how in the environment of shopfloor applications (e.g. MES/COTS) and in the electronics industry are advantageous • Analytical and Structured Operation • Embossed strategic thinking and consulting skills combined with high implementation competence • High team skills and joy in dealing with people • Very good knowledge of German and English (at least level B2) and sovereign appearance for addressable communication with internal and external stakeholders
