You take over the technical, organizational and personal management of the Department of Ergo-, Movement-, Music- and Art Therapy You lead, accompany and develop their multi-professional therapeutic team value-estimating and targeted You ensure high-quality, patient-oriented therapeutic care and continuously develop it You are active in the conceptual further development of existing therapy offers and in the introduction of new therapeutic concepts with You work closely and trustfully with doctors, nurses, the education team, psychologists, social services and other professional groups. You are responsible for the organizational processes of co-therapy within the KJPP You support interns You conduct employee-year talks You work together with external partners and institutions

Studies in the field of ergo-, art- or sports therapy / physiotherapy or a comparable qualification, preferably with experience in stationary child- and youth-psychiatric treatment Special training in the field of child and youth psychiatry is desirable A multiannual professional experience is also desirable, ideally in a leading function Experiences or knowledge in implementing processes and optimizing workflows Representative leadership skills and team orientation Experience in the development and implementation of projects Socially competent and reflected appearance in the team Innovation joy and flexibility Very good communication and organization skills Own-sponsored and structured operation Empathy and a high level of social competence Willingness to participate in specialist continuing and continuing training courses
