Your tasks:

• They produce high-quality confectants according to proven and new formulations
• They operate and monitor independently modern production machines and ensure a smooth production process
• You control the raw materials and ingredients to freshness and quality before processing
• ensure compliance with all quality and production requirements according to internal guidelines and IFS standards
• You document production processes carefully and contribute to continuous process optimization
• You work closely with the team and actively bring your ideas to improve processes

Your qualification:

• Training as cook/cooker, specialist for food technology, confectionery technologe or a comparable qualification in the food sector
• Willingness to work in 2-shift operation
• Physical resilience and pleasure in work in a production environment
• Reliable and careful operation with high quality awareness
• First professional experience in food production
