Development, implementation and continuous improvement of business continuity processes and a business continuity management system according to relevant standards, e.g. ISO 22301, BSI 200-4 Identification and analysis of business-critical processes and their dependencies and risks Creation and coordination of regular updating of emergency, crisis management and operational recovery plans Implementation of business impact analyses (BIA) and risk analyses to assess potential disruptions and their impact Organisation and implementation of training, awareness-raising and emergency exercises Coordination of crisis management and recovery measures in the event of a crisis Cooperation with internal and external stakeholders e.g. regarding emergency, crisis management and recovery plans, BCM processes, risk analyses, etc. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and requirements in the field of emergency and continuity management Reporting and regular communication on BCM status
