Reference number: 425546 As an object manager (m/w/d), you assume the operational responsibility for the care of our technical objects in the Cuxhaven and Bremerhaven area. You lead your team, keep the technical processes in mind and ensure that our services are implemented reliably, economically and customer-oriented. Your duties Management and coordination of the maintenance and testing team Monitoring and control of technical processes and work processes Organisation and coordination of ongoing work and preventive maintenance Ensuring economic and efficient maintenance of objects Contact person for our clients and care for a trusted customer relationship Planning, control and optimization of operational processes

Your EInsatzort is located in the room Cuxhaven / Bremerhaven. (m/w/d), electrician (m/w/d) or comparable Sufficient commercial knowledge to carry out tasks Ideally, first experience in preventive maintenance as well as technical assistance for objects Experience in the leadership and coordination of employees and the joy of motivating and developing a team A strong technical understanding and a structured, economic way of working Safe and friendly occurrence in dealing with clients as well as a pronounced service Good knowledge of German in word and writing for communication with customers, employees and internal contact persons A valid driving license of class B and the willingness to maintain our objects in the room Cuxhaven / Bremerhaven
