In the newly created role as team leader Recruiting & Training, you, together with a dedicated team of seven colleagues and a working student, shape the recruiting strategy of the SBK Siemens company fund and take responsibility for modern, high-quality training at the same time. We are looking for you – an empathic and strategically thinking personality with digital competence and leadership experience that wants to further develop our human resources with fresh ideas, data focus and a clear view for people. In addition to the strategic orientation, you also perform operational tasks, including in Active Sourcing and in the control of external service providers. Responsibility for the efficiency and effectiveness of all relevant processes in the responsible area Ensuring optimal mapping of the onboarding and recruiting process in the Talent Management System (TMS) Cornerstone Central cross-target approach for external personnel service providers incl. Call, selection and control as well as for Active Sourcing Budget Responsibility for Recruiting and Training Close cooperation with internal interfaces such as marketing, corporate strategy, personnel development, personnel consulting and service Management of cross-departmental bodies and projects

Complete university studies, ideally in business with a focus on staff or comparable training with proven personal expertise Multiannual professional experience in the development and successful implementation of recruiting and employer branding strategies Multiannual Recruiting Experience Ideal experience in training Market knowledge of recruiting and employer branding Very good understanding of process management and performance measurement Affinity for digital tools and systems (ideally experience with Cornerstone) Ideally experience in dealing with social media in the HR context (including LinkedIn) Experience in leadership and development of teams
