(Overall) Project Management – SAP S/4HANA Transformation Procurement & Finance

You assume the overall technical responsibility for the project within an agile structure for transformation to SAP S/4HANA. You control the overall project holistically – from conception to implementation to rollout. You coordinate and control external service providers and ensure quality and achievement of cooperation. You lead, motivate and develop an interdisciplinary project team. You create and present decision-making documents for stakeholders and bodies. You establish effective change and acceptance management, accompany organisational changes and promote the sustainable introduction of new processes and systems. You are responsible for the project budget and ensure costly and timely implementation.

You have completed academic studies in a relevant field (e.g. business informatics, business management or administrative sciences) or have comparable skills and experiences from a corresponding activity in the SAP environment; ideally complemented by a certification in the environment of SAP S/4HANA. You have several years of experience in managing and controlling complex transformation projects, preferably in the SAP S/4HANA environment, including sound knowledge in project controlling (budget, time, resources) and risk management. You are familiar with agile and hybrid project management methods and have experience in managing and coordinating external service providers. You bring proven leadership experience as well as pronounced social competence in dealing with interdisciplinary teams and diverse stakeholders. You have a well-founded knowledge of finance and procurement, ideally in public finance, as well as a good understanding of SAP architectures and IT-based process optimization. You have experience in change and transformation management and actively promote the acceptance of new processes and systems. You are characterized by an independent, structured and target-oriented way of working, appear safely and communicate convincingly even in complex voting situations. You have very good SAP knowledge and ideally experience with modern technologies (e.g. AI applications) or the willingness to work into them. You bring a high level of service orientation, commitment and team spirit and are ready for occasional missions. You have very good knowledge of German at a reliable level and good knowledge of English in word and writing.

As part of a fixed-term employment relationship for 5 years, we offer you, depending on the qualifications and professional experience, a payment up to 15 TVöD (bund) and various social benefits.
