You support our works council in operational and administrative tasks You are responsible for the coordination and follow-up of internal and external appointments, meetings, events and business trips In addition, you will work like internal and external fonts, creating logs and reports, as well as creating and updating presentations You also support our works council in the processing of special tasks and projects You collect and provide data for decision preparation and prepare statistics and reporting

You are immatriculated at a university and have at least three semesters of study before you In the past, you have been able to gain first knowledge and experience in the company's constitutional right through student activities or study events. You are versed in dealing with current MS Office applications Reliability, communication skills, an independent and structured way of working as well as discretion, confidentiality and loyalty Good knowledge of German (from B2 level) and knowledge of English complete your profile
