Relex Super User (m/w/d) Shelf and Space Management

You are trained by a training on the job of experts (m/w/d) to an internal consultant/process expert (Super User) (m/w/d). Already during the project you shape and design our future SCM processes. As a point of intersection between stakeholders and organizations, you will consult all areas along the system chain. During and after your further development to the Super User (m/w/d), you will be responsible for the AI-based system in a small team – from creating the rules to data analysis. You opt for internal processes by supporting machine learning and ensure that all planning processes are integrated in the system. As a Super User (m/w/d), you act as a “owner” of the system. You are a system and expert (m/w/d) for the management and function of the shelf and surface management module. You actively participate in the future assortment design / - recommendation and work in the selection of suitable methods and tools for shelf and surface planning. In the team, you analyze and design the processes for trade changes and guide workshops.

You will have a completed vocational training or a completed study and will ideally provide first experience in the design of the ranges and in the optimization of product group structures and planograms. Your target-oriented, structured and self-responsive work is complemented by a high degree of analytical and structured thinking. You bring with you a pronounced service and service, coupled with the suffering of working in the team. You bring an IT affinity with you and move very safely into the popular MS Office applications. A convincing and safe occurrence, good communication skills and flexibility and curiosity complete your profile.
