In this strategically important role, you are responsible for the business field construction in multi-storey timber construction and develop the appropriate market entry and customer development strategies. You have a technical background from civil engineering with a focus on wood construction and have already gained well-founded experience in sales or business development management? (PSA/125576) Rolling out of the multi-storey wood construction business as project partner wood or part GU wood for general contractors and/or builders Analysis of market and competition, derived from development and implementation of adapted market and customer development strategies Support of construction sites: project processing, construction site management, billing and follow-up Supporting the existing subcontractors and engineers, building new long-term project partners Cooperation in the development and optimization of technical and constructive solutions together with the technical interior service Identification and authorisation of certifications

Complete study of civil engineering with a focus on wood construction or comparable training Found sales and construction site experience in the project business, preferably in the construction of wood Negotiating and closing strength, entrepreneurial action and thinking High interest in pioneering construction processes and materials readiness and good English skills
