You develop the employees and run the team, thereby structuring the processes and creating optimal conditions for value creation in the task area and at the interfaces. You advise and negotiate with customers in the area of responsibility. You drive specialist topics such as digitalization, automated network calculation, system performance and flexibility testing, innovative measurement concepts. You are responsible for the timely and quality-oriented technical evaluation of network connections. You decide on the configuration of network connections of the individual feed types, storage and flexibility options. You support the further development of systems, resources and processes in the field. You are actively involved in specialist committees, specialist associations and group work groups, thereby shaping the rules and processes of the future. You'll create reports, analyses and statistics.

You have successfully completed your Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or Industrial Engineering and have relevant expertise in the field. You like to lead employees and are decision-making, consistent, motivating, team-promoting, initiative and far-sighted as well as empirical. You are ready to advance innovative topics such as digitalization of the network and IT systems. Safe handling and comprehensive knowledge in the field of IT applications (SAP, Microsoft Office) are of course for you. You are dedicated, ready to go the last mile and provide a high level of personal commitment. You pass on knowledge and information and actively promote cooperation and knowledge transfer. You master the German and English language in word and writing and communicate with your address.
