You advise employees, executives, works councils and representatives of the disabled on all issues of occupational health and safety and support the implementation of legal and operational requirements. You plan and organize visits at the vdek sites, create and update risk assessments and accompany the implementation of the measures derived therefrom. You coordinate cooperation with professionals for occupational safety, public authorities, professional bodies and external service providers. You take over the planning and organisation of instruction, training and other measures in occupational and health protection. You follow up current developments in occupational and health protection and contribute to the further development of existing processes and prevention measures.

You have a relevant qualification as well as well as well-founded expertise and professional experience in occupational health and safety. You have a well-founded knowledge of the statutory regulations in occupational and health protection and have practical experience in the preparation and updating of hazard assessments. You work independently, structured and solution-oriented and understand how to advance themes by their own initiative. You are distinguished by a strong communication and consulting competence and are happy to work with different contacts. For vulnerabilities within the scope of risk assessments, you may occasionally travel to our national representations.
