You use the Scrum Framework as a suitable framework to promote the interaction of different skills in the team and beyond. Our location is located in Freiburg im Breisgau, here we meet at least once a week. But of course we work not only at the office, but also flexibly from home. You are an integral part of an agile team consisting of developers, a UXler and a tester. You shape and moderate Scrum-Zeremonien. As you control Scrum's 1x1 in your sleep, you will find new ways to add value to your roles. You support us in shaping our team-internal and cross-disciplinary communication and cooperation in a targeted manner, accompanying decision-making processes and ensuring continuous further development. You have as a process manager: to complete freedom of design in the “How”. We decide on the present and take responsibility together. You go ahead with a good example by promoting and representing our decision-making principles and other principles, as they are an important part of our success story. A large community of other Scrum Masters, agile coaches, team and organization developers. There is another team and exciting projects in which you can become effective.

A completed economic (psychology) study or a comparable qualification, such as a further education for systemic advice or professional experience. You have a well-stocked sample and a structured approach: You will find ways of sharpening roles, developing structures and creating responsibilities. As a process facilitator, you have gained experience in promoting meaningful collaboration in teams, e.g. in which you have supported the further development of agile structures or have accompanied the development of teams.
