Do you want to take responsibility for demanding properties in the Stuttgart area? VV-Hausverwaltung GmbH & Co. KG is looking for a committed property manager/object manager (m/w/d) in part time (50%). In your new role, you will maintain selected objects in the Stuttgart area and are a central interface for all participants.

Your new activity Central contact for tenants, service providers, owner and internal departments Own-responsibility and management of selected residential and commercial properties Organisation and implementation of transfers, acceptances and rental activities Support for maintenance and modernisation measures as well as the control and monitoring of external service providers and craft companies Processing of current rental matters including Contract management and cost accounting Participation in budget planning, maintenance and economic object control

And that's you successfully completed training or studies in the real estate sector, facility management, etc. relevant professional experience in rental, special or object management Structured, independent and reliable operation Embossed service and customer orientation Communication strength and safe occurrence Good MS Office licenses as well as driving license class B
