Nursing service management / experienced residential management

In this position – on the side and supported by an experienced nursing service – you take over the professional and organizational management of the care area: Personnel management: You guide the employees of our multi-professional teams in day-to-day business – including schedule design – and follow our culture of appreciation and open communication. Quality assurance: As a nursing service manager*in, you monitor the care process, ensure the implementation of predetermined processes, guidelines and our high quality standards. With your findings from practice, you support the further development of our quality management. Interface function: You take communication with internal areas and external cooperation partners and always meet residents and relatives with open ear, empathy and transparency. Technical support: For all questions of nursing care, you advise your employees competently and supportively.

Your basis is a completed training for the nursing professionalwoman, elderly caregiverin or health caregiverin or (Children's) nurse. This leadership position additionally requires a nursing study or a further education for the leading specialist/residential area management according to SGB XI or a similar degree. For the management of your operational team, it is ideal if you could gain active professional practice in outpatient care. You have already led a team or trust it to you – the necessary enforcement strength, persuasiveness and empathy will help you. On changed conditions, you are flexible and responsive to decisions, stay resilient and powerful. Self-organized and well-organized, you will take care of your tasks, keep an eye on economic premises and always show you service-oriented in contact with those in need of care and relatives.
