IT Buyer - Hardware / Supplier Management (m/f/d)

Our organization is therefore well equipped for all challenges in the field of ecclesiastical bodies as well as ecclesiastical, diaconic and caritative associations, works and institutions. You are responsible for the entire purchase process of our IT hardware – from laptops and servers to monitors and network technology. You are comparing offers, leading price negotiations and thus ensuring the best conditions for our company. You build strategic partnerships with our suppliers, sustainably and develop our supplier portfolio. With the help of our ERP system, you create orders and ensure a punctual delivery. In close coordination with the internal specialist departments, you plan the current and future hardware needs and ensure that all teams are optimally equipped. You keep an eye on current market trends, introduce new technological impulses and support the software asset team in overarching shopping processes.

You have a completed commercial or technical training, for example as an IT system businessman (m/w/d), or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you bring first professional experience in purchasing, preferably in the IT environment. You have a strong interest in IT hardware as well as fun to negotiate and organize. Your work is structured and independent, and at the same time you are a strong team player. You are sure to go with MS Office, and experience with an ERP system is a clear plus. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing complete your profile.
