You build AI automations in n8n – from simple integrations to complex, multi-step workflows in various technologies You integrate existing systems via APIs – no matter which software landscape the customer brings Scripting and programming for individual process logic Project management: Status reports, votes, handovers Direct communication with customers at technical and technical level You take responsibility for ongoing automation in our cloud environment You take quality controls for built solutions with sustainable improvement cycles

You have already gained experience in software development and know how good code looks First practical experience in n8n or a comparable tool Full-Stack experience is ideal – you know with: Frontend & Backend, APIs, Deployment, Databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, Airtable, etc.), UI/UX Experience in dealing with AI agents and LLMs (interaction and generation) Good balance between own thinking and the targeted use of AI to make things faster Very good knowledge of German and English You have fun working with APIs and system integrations You work independently and find solutions, even if the path is unclear You have a Bachelor's degree and at least one year's experience in software development as well as good German knowledge in Word and Writing Open and communicative – you actively contribute to brainstorming and discussions Creative – you come with your own ideas that we had not yet on the screen Basic technical understanding – you not only think in a tool, but understand the great image behind technology and code Self-motivated – you may have one or two personal projects in the field of technology that show this Ready for new challenges – you grow with the tasks
