• Complete training in building cleaning
• More than 5 years of relevant professional experience in building cleaning, of which at least 2 years in a management position (e.g. object management)
• High professional competence and experience in the professional, sparten-specific consulting of customers
• Remarkable: Specialist in Hygiene & Cleaning Technology, Desinfektor, AEVO training certificate, Tatortreiniger
• Very good knowledge of the most common office applications (e.g. MS Office, SAP)
• Independent, structured working style and high number affinity
• Teamability, high communication skills and strong customer orientation
• Class B licence and the willingness to travel regionally

Your responsibility

• Implementation of the strategy in the field of building cleaning by systematic order and customer development, for example by contract extensions and cross-selling
• Development of employees in their own responsibility
• Discipline and professional leadership of employees in responsibility
• Ensuring and continuous improvement of operational excellence in all performance processes for the area to be responsible
• Participation in innovations by addressing customer perspective, new product ideas and decentralized resources as well as ensuring the implementation of product innovation and digitalization in the region
• Area-specific customer support, including escalation processing
• Perform object controls according to company specifications and support for internal and external audits in the area of responsibility
