Berate and support executives proactively as Sparring partners in all personal business issues - e.g. for personnel procurement and development, remuneration, labour law, conflicts, employee retention, on/offboarding and performance management - in close cooperation with the relevant HR functions Ensure a qualitatively and quantitatively tailored staff requirement planning and carry out regular and efficient tariff and non-tariff pay and assessment rounds Build a structured succession and career planning and continuously develop it, always with a view to company-wide perspectives and potentials Support and support managers and employees actively in change processes, use appropriate methods and tools and work closely with other HR functions or external partners. Ensure compliance with all formal processes Careful employees throughout the Employee Lifecycle in close coordination with the relevant HR functions and care for a consistently positive employee experience Design a trusted, solution-oriented cooperation with management, works council and internal and external stakeholders and promote a constructive communication culture Consistent with legal, tariff and operational requirements - always in line with the company's values and culture Actively engage in strategic HR topics with and overtake responsibility in cross-departmental projects Analyze relevant HR metrics and evaluations, derive action needs from them and implement appropriate measures in a targeted manner

You have successfully completed a personal economic study or have a comparable training in human resources You bring at least five years of professional experience as HR Business Partner - ideally in sales-oriented industrial companies. Experience in the middle class of the FMCG industry is a plus You have a well-founded knowledge of labour law and also provide good knowledge of tax and social security law. Working with works councils is familiar to you You can communicate safely in German and English - in writing as oral You convince with clear communication, enforcement strength and a high customer orientation - and you like to work in the team You trade loyal, integrity and extremely discreet, especially in the handling of confidential business and personal data You quickly capture complex relationships and draw from a pragmatic hands-on mentality You work structured, independent and carefully - with a high level of quality and accuracy
