Together with your team and colleagues as Service Owner, you design and manage the operation and further development of the services entrusted to you in the Digital Workplace department. With a highly motivated team, you set the standards for a reliable and stable operation of the globally distributed Jungheinrich IT environments. You think and work across divisions and divisions with the aim of making meaningful and smart decisions in the sense of the company. You are familiar with the management of complex projects and keep a cool head even in seemingly confusing situations. You take the professional and disciplinary leadership for your team, coach and develop your employees and stand for a modern leadership style. You are responsible for the development and implementation of strategies to optimize workplace technologies and processes. You are responsible for managing budgets and resources for the services and projects.

Complete study in the field of IT or comparable Multiannual leadership experience in IT and passion for leadership Good, cross-disciplinary knowledge in IT infrastructure (clients, print, mobile devices, servers, IT security), ideally based on studies or comparable qualifications and experiences Excellent communication skills in German and English Customer-oriented appearance and a very good process understanding Understanding and proactive management of contracts, KPIs and reporting Ability and will to continuously improve and adapt to new technologies and working methods
