In your role as Senior Project Portfolio Manager (w/d/m), you take responsibility for the entire project portfolio of the Telecommunication business unit and ensure that all initiatives are optimally relied on the corporate strategy, market requirements and economy. You have a look at our entire project portfolio, develop meaningful KPIs, build smart reporting structures and deliver regular reviews for clarity and control You make sure that every project delivers real impact - for growth and efficiency - and keeps our project portfolio consistently on strategic course With convincing decision-making templates and clear strategy papers, you pick up management and stay in close contact with operational stakeholders Together with organisational development and strategy team, you continuously develop our portfolio management and bring fresh impulses You design and moderate workshops and decision formats and create structured, targeted and productive cooperation

That's what you bring:

You have a successfully completed economic or STEM degree - or a comparable qualification that strengthens you in this role (e.g. IPMA, PRINCE2, PMI or SAFe / Lean Portfolio Management) You bring well-founded experience in project portfolio management, in particular in the analysis of complex portfolios as well as in the development of assessment models and resilient decision bases. In short, you know how the rabbit runs. You have already managed project teams, set clear priorities and make bold decisions with conviction You are a real team player (w/d/m), you can inspire people and also use a “no” sovereign, appreciation and convincing Thanks to your quick understanding, you work quickly on complex topics and develop pragmatic solutions
