Coordinating the subject area: You control the tasks, support employees and ensure targeted tasks. Designing digital processes: You develop intuitive digital workflows from professional requirements. DMS & BPM administrate: You maintain and develop our systems – from administration and management to workflow management. Management & IT: You translate technical and legal requirements into technical solutions and work closely with Campus IT. Developing digitalization: You analyze processes, evaluate technologies and develop concepts for digital administration. Accompanying digitalization: You train and support employees in the introduction and use of digital solutions

Complete vocational training in the IT sector (e.g. technical informatics, technical system informatics, IT system management or IT system electronics) or relevant university studies, e.g. computer science or alternatively equivalent skills and corresponding professional experience At least three years of relevant professional experience Knowledge of DMS architectures and workflow management systems Understanding administrative processes and administrative structures Ability to translate technical requirements into technical solutions Self-structed, structured manner and pronounced communication skills Experience in the leadership of employees
