Production process improver Focus: Employee development and qualification (m/f/d)

Identification of training and development needs of employees in the punching process, as well as planning and implementation of corresponding training programs Ensuring the sustainable effectiveness of training measures through learning success controls, practical assistance and regular feedback talks Conception, implementation and evaluation of learning measures (on-the-job training, workshops, e-learning) to improve quality and process skills Development and introduction of innovative learning methods (e.g. virtual reality, AI-based learning systems, simulations and microlearning) Creating specialist training for finishers/feeters and executives of punching technology Participation in recruiting professionals with punching technology expertise, as well as in-work and integration processes for new employees (onboarding) Trainer role for certain personnel development modules in the punching technology Cooperation in cross-departmental projects and planning and implementation of automation and optimization projects Support and further development of the SAP processes as a key user in the field Active identification and implementation of optimization potentials to increase quality, productivity and process efficiency according to LEAN principles Support in machine integration of new plants into series production (qualification requirements, control of the specified processes and processes, coordination of the start-up phase)

Successfully completed technical in the metal sector, e.g. industrial mechanic, machining mechanic, construction or tool mechanic with further training as master / technician / specialist or comparable qualification, alternatively relevant professional experience Needed experience in punching technology Training or experience as a trainer desirable Above-average social competence (coaching, mentoring, feedback culture) Safe handling of popular MS Office applications High persuasion and enforcement Motivation for continuous improvement and further development of the department Individual initiative, team capacity, self-employment, care and structured working
