Tasks you will like:

• Collection of customer orders into the computer
• Creating order confirmations and forwarding to the management for signing according to order value
• Customer care
• forward unclear customer orders to the sale for clarification
• Retoure numbers
• Creation of returns, credits and invoices

Your qualifications:
