For our healthcare team, we are looking for medical quality assurance support. The body is limited to 12 months. Together with your colleague, you will take care of one of our biggest healthcare customers. You check guides, scripts, infographics and other content formats on medical correctness – from A like asthma to Z like cystitis. You immerse yourself in studies and paper and make sure that we reproduce all content correctly. With your eagle eye and your medical expertise, you ensure the quality of our products and make sure that customers and readers can rely on our content. Your tasks in detail: Professional review of different content formats (advisors, checklists, brochures, interviews) on health and medical topics (online & Print) with focus on lay/patient communication Content research on partially complex medical topics based on relevant databases, guidelines and studies Optimization of Contents with Customer Targets and User-Journey Coordination with the various project participants such as account management, social media team, UX and graphics in weekly Jour fixes as well as task-related Customer communication, e.g. theme tuning, assessments, text delivery and feedback loops
