About the company

Our client is a restructuring consultancy from the private equity sector and is located in the heart of Munich (Maxvorstadt). We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager with Focus Accounting and look forward to your application. You are responsible for creating monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB and IFRS You set up the sales tax pre-registration You are the first savings partner for holding and annual audits You enter and optimise the debitor and creditor accounting (including accounts and payment transactions) You take over and support in the further development of internal reporting and external reporting You work in the Holding team and work closely with colleagues in the Finance team as well as investor relations and portfolio management

Successfully completed studies with a focus on finance/invoicing, a successfully completed training as a tax specialist/insurance accountant or a similar qualification Including experience in accounting, ideally in the private equity sector or an audit/tax credit Knowledge of accounting according to HGB (IFRS also desirable) Secure handling of ERP systems (Dynamics 365 Business Central) and MS Office High number affinity, independent as well as structured working, combined with analytical skills and team skills German and good knowledge of English An entrepreneurial mindset is also very desirable
