Control of the social media strategy in line with the corporate vision by continuously developing the content strategy and implementing platform-specific campaigns Monitoring and optimization of the performance of all social media channels including Creation of reporting and derivation of action recommendations Professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of the three-member social media team Ensuring economic and targeted budget planning/control Continuous administration and monitoring of channels Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube Targeted strategic development of creator marketing and community management to increase interactions and user participation Close cooperation with the departments of marketing, e-commerce, product management, sales and PR to ensure consistent brand communication Control of external service providers such as production and influencer agencies

Complete study of BWL, communications or media sciences or comparable training with online/social media reference Multiannual experience in the development and implementation of channel-specific social media strategies First leadership experience desirable Organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects successfully at the same time Great passion for the highly creative work with our social media channels Technical understanding of the different platforms as well as knowledge in image/video processing Embossed communication skills in German and English
