Screening of investment opportunities Analysis of GuV, balance sheet and cash flow Information as well as creation and plausibility of business plans and corporate assessments by common methods Support in the analysis and assessment of options for M&A and portfolio projects Support of the team in project management along the M&A process, including due diligence execution including PMO and data-room management Creation of presentations, information and decision-making templates and targeted cooperation in the assessment of acquisition and investment projects subject to authorisation Support for the portfolio management of selected holding companies

Complete economic studies or comparable training

First relevant professional experience in the M&A environment, e.g. Corporate M&A, Investment Banks, Audit Companies, Consulting Companies or Similar Sectors

knowledge of the individual transaction steps of the M&A process and the common procedures for corporate valuation (e.g. discounted cash flow procedures, trading and transaction multiple analyses)

Experience in the field of portfolio management of holding companies desirable

High problem-solving competence, analytical competence and a high degree of self-engagement

Flowing German and English skills
