Clerk Full Legal Protection (f|m|d)

You deal in writing and by telephone with damages from all legal areas – including traffic, private, profession and housing. You are the first contact point for our customers when it comes to legal protection performance cases. You shall check the formal entry obligation and the correct performance and settlement based on the applicable legal protection insurance conditions. The entire process – from the damage notification to the final settlement – is your responsibility In addition, check and evaluate the prospects for success of planned legal successes. You cause cover promises or rejections and assume an active damage cost management. Correspondence with members, lawyers, authorities and other insurance companies is also one of your diverse tasks

You have a completed degree in law (full-jurist, graduate lawyer, economic lawyer) or a completed training as a merchant for insurance and finance, with the focus on the processing of damage and several years of professional experience. You will also bring knowledge of the application of legal protection insurance conditions and experience in assessing legal prospects for success. You convince with a strong communication capability and an independent, responsible way of working. You bring a high willingness to work with the team to achieve common goals, to introduce expertise and to support each other. You have a quiet and friendly way, but also in stressful situations you have the ability to work out cases structured, organize documents and keep an overview. You are experienced in dealing with common IT systems and can quickly become involved in new software.
